Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Any advance payment made will be treated as part of the total tour cost.
- Services not used during the trip are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are normally processed within 15 working days.
- Refunds related to third-party bookings (tickets, transport, etc.) will follow the relevant service provider’s terms and conditions.
Cancellation Charges
- If cancellation is made 15 days or more before departure, 90% of the amount will be refunded.
- If cancellation is made between 7 to 14 days before departure, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
- If cancellation is made 5 days before departure, 25% of the amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure are not eligible for any refund.
Additional Conditions
No refund for cancellations made after the trip starts.
